Weekend!! Too fast. But this was a good week, a productive week. Lot’s of dope sneakers dropped over the weekend. See my previous post for my picks for the weekend drops. HOT DROPS Over the weekend!
This weekend was pretty low key. I was able to get out and see, The Hate You Give. I was thinking it was going to be a kiddie movie, with no substance. I was wrong. The Hate You Give was timely, and it made sense. The story of a young black girl who lives with her family in a lower middle class neighborhood, attending an all white prep school across town, to have access to better opportunities. Starr, basically is living a double life, being one way at school and another way when she’s home. Starr attends a party with her Childhood friend. During the party, a fight breaks out. Starr and her friend take off, leaving the party; they are pulled over by a white cop and her friend is shot and killed by the police officer; and her friend, he has no weapon. That’s as much as I will reveal. I do think this movie is a must see. I give this movie an A.
I went to breakfast with my mom at our all time Favorite Breakfast Spot in Kirkwood. See Link Le Petit Marche. Me and mom got the RoseMary Potatoes and we Shared the Breakfast wrap, Scrambled Eggs, Swiss Cheese and Vegetarian Sausage. Fun times.
This weekend I rocked my BC3’s. Also I broke out my Jordan 3 Lab 5. Basically this is a reflective sneaker, and a cross between a 3 and a 5.
What did you wear this weekend? Did you pick up anything fun? I should have my Fire Red IV’s in Hand by tomorrow. Even though Singles Day is Today, I will still do a post for 11:11 and share a story/learning experience from Jordan Brand, I learned this past Monday.
