Weekend Wrap Up!!! Yes, was a good and busy weekend. Just the way I like it! I attended Atlanta’s 2019 SneakerBall. What I really love about the Sneakerball, is that the proceeds are for under privileged children around the metro Atlanta area. Our “ticket donations” are used to better serve the community. For the Sneakerball, you come dressed; in a dope gown or dress or suited and SNEAKERED, in your dopest Kicks, I rocked my Travis Scott 1’s. One of the most coveted releases from 2019. A black dress from Zara. I had a major dress malfunction…I had to wear a jacket. BUT I was thankful for my jacket, it was cold!!! I wore my Nike fanny pack as my purse. LOL! The Sneakerball was held at the B Complex, in the historic West End of Atlanta. It was amazing to see ladies in dresses, complete with Sneakers. And it was more than dope to see guys dressed up in suits with their prized sneakers. Was an amazing feeling. I took many pictures at the Sneakerball…see below.
Sunday I ventured out to the High Museum to see Virgil Alboh’s, Figures of Speech exhibit. This was a pretty dope exhibit. You could even purchase some of his pieces at the end of the exhibit, like T shirts, phone cases, Off White Belts….etc.
I love weekends that are busy and fun…I got to hang out with my girl JeNay…she’s fun, humble, full of amazing ideas and I can’t wait to do more work with her. Please check her out on Her Collective Sole…on Instragram. She got tons of dope pictures from the SneakerBall.
Monday tomorrow already?!! I want more of the weekend (per usual). Maybe one day SneakerVision, my love, my passion, my heart, will make me enough money to live out my dreams. Until then…we wake up to new opportunities and chances.
