We all know Michael Jordan is generous and has a heart of gold. The retired Chicago Bull and 6 time ring winner donated $5 million to the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Late July, Michael Jordan stated that he could no long stay silent on the killings of police AND the killing of African Americans. So he donated $1million to each of the groups working to make race relations better. Remember in 1993, Michael’s father James Jordan was killed in a senseless act of violence.
