I am so happy and proud of the WNBA right now. If you didn’t watch this playoff series and finals you MISSED out on some amazing WOMENS basketball. This was some of the most competitive basketball I have seen in a while. The young Connecticut Sun showed up for every game. They fell behind a few games, but they showed they could hold their own. Elena Delle Donne and the Washington Mystics, made DC proud tonight with Being the first in Franchise History to win a WNBA Championship. Congrats to Mike Thibault, most winningest coach in WNBA history.
Connecticut Sun you played AMAZING!! Have no regrets!! I look forward to seeing more of you next year. Hoping my Atlanta Dream will be there to battle it out.
